Lindsay Benster

Lindsay (she/her/hers) joined the Laboratories of Cognitive Neuroscience at Boston Children’s Hospital as a Clinical Research Assistant studying the developmental implications of early life adversity in January, 2020. She worked on the GABA Study. Previously, she worked as a Research Associate in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of California San Diego (UCSD), where she was involved in several projects, primarily concerned with studying pharmacologic augmentation of targeted cognitive trainings in schizophrenia. She graduated with a bachelor’s in Behavioral Neuroscience from the sunny UCSD where she also ran Track and Cross Country. Beyond science, her interests include sports, attempting to train her puppy (Butter), adventuring outdoors and getting lost overseas.
